Camp at Grace Stables is awesome. The days are filled with so much fun. A counselor will be assigned to your child for the week and this counselor will be by your child's side the entire week. We will have a 2 counselor to 1 child ratio at the most. We believe that SAFETY is of utmost importance at Grace Stables. We have a great staff and we want your child to have a good time at camp. Your child's day will begin with a good morning greeting to each of the animals at Grace Stables. They will greet Max the donkey, Dotty the Donkey, and Francis the Donkey. After that they will continue the meet and greet with the horses, Gracie, Hannah Rose, Pistol, Outlaw, and Buck. The donkeys and horses love their early morning treats. The dogs, cat, rabbit and the other animals will be given a great big hug and a treat as well.
What makes our camp stand out among the other summer camps is the fact that we incorporate our own Child Animal Relationship Experience (CARE) Program into the camp. We will have special activities during the day that will be a learning experience for your child. We will work with your child's Individual Educational Plan (IEP) to develop activities involving animals that will continue the school year teachings. We are blessed to have, Elaine, a Certified, Exceptional Early Childhood Teacher on staff to assist with the activities. We turn every experience at Grace Stables into a CARE learning activity. But most importantly we fill each day with fun, not just for your child but for our staff as well.
